Why choose an Australian made custom kitchen?

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]If you are just starting the process of a Kitchen renovation in the near future, one of the first decisions is whether to choose an Australian made Custom Kitchen or a flat packed or modular type Kitchen.

Firstly, I wanted to explain the difference between the two.

A custom made kitchen means that your kitchen design can be individual and exactly what you are wanting in your kitchen Renovation. There is a wider choice of both kitchen design and materials for your doors, bench tops, kitchen accessories and space saving ideas. Custom kitchen designs generally utilise all the space available for cabinetry as opposed to a flat packed or modular kitchen having to use fixed panels to make fixed designs fit into any space.

For example- if there are only 4 designs available and many different shaped kitchen spaces, the only alternative is to have unusable space covered by fixed panels. You cant see the problem from the outside but overall there is a lot of usable kitchen storage area lost.

Custom designed kitchens incorporate top quality hardware that are the bones of longevity. Companies such as Blum and Hafele offer lifetime warranty on their products. The quality of the cabinetry is superior and made to withstand the test of time.

Due to all of these factors, a kitchen renovation that is custom designed and made will cost more. Then again, you will not only get what you want, but the quality, choices, and longevity will make the investment worthwhile.

Ask yourself the purpose of having a kitchen renovation. If it is to prepare your home for sale, or  perhaps your budget prohibits you from the costs involved in a custom made kitchen then a modular or flat packed kitchen would be suitable for your needs.

If you are planning to stay in your home for while or you are in your forever home, then a beautiful high quality custom kitchen will be a more long term economical option.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3956″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
