The Kitchen Renovation Process With Direct Kitchens

Step 1: Contact Direct Kitchens

Call Direct Kitchens to make a suitable time to visit one of our Beautiful Direct Kitchens Showrooms at Bayswater or Moonee Ponds.

Our trained consultants in the showroom will explain all your options for your Brand New kitchen & cabinetry, explaining selection of materials, special solution options & Colour samples. Having a Custom-made Kitchen will make the most out of your space.

Step 2:

From your visit to Direct Kitchens, we will arrange a Designer to come to your home and do a full design consultation. Our Designers are very professional, trained in Kitchen, Laundry & Bathroom Design and have extensive experience. They can handle all types of areas & will design the best design for your space.

Our Designers spend the time with you discussing your ideas & suggest ideas to make your design even more amazing, things you may not have thought of.

Step 3:

Every kitchen is Custom Designed & Custom Made (this means, each kitchen & cabinetry is individually designed by Direct Kitchens Designers.

All the kitchen cabinetry is Australian made & built for each customer according to their needs & wants in our own Factory in Bayswater, Victoria, therefore better product quality control. We use top quality materials to construct our cabinetry, doors & benchtops & all our Kitchen Hardware has a lifetime guarantee.

Step 4:

Once you have ordered your Direct Kitchens project, our Scheduler & Project Management communicate with you explaining timelines & arrange our Technical Advisor appointment to meet with you in your home. At the technical appointment they discuss with you & remeasures & double checks the plans with you.

Step 5:

Once your project is submitted for production in our factory, we allow approximately 6 – 8 weeks in production.

The cabinetry is constructed in our factory, once complete your cabinetry is delivered to your home ready for our very experienced Direct Kitchens Installers to install your new cabinetry.

Step 6:

We are a service-orientated company. Each customer’s project is looked after throughout the whole project to ensure they are totally satisfied with their new Kitchen & cabinetry.

Direct Kitchens can handle the whole project for our customers from Design to Construct to Fully Installation with all trades necessary.

We do Rip-out of your old cabinetry, Installation, Electricians, Plumbers, Plasterers, Carpenters, Tilers, Glass or Stone Splashbacks & Rubbish removal & Service Management Department.
